The "Slow Flower" feeding mat prevents feeding too quickly or even snaring.

Due to the integrated elevations in the form of flowers, your dog first has to find the food in order to be able to eat. This means that the meal is absorbed much more slowly and thus prevents the possible unhealthy consequences of gorging, such as stomach torsion or obesity. The rubber nubs on the base ensure that the bowl does not move while feeding.
