We want to make the return process as easy, safe and transparent as possible for you.

Our new 4LEGS Returns Portal is now online – and handles returns for you even more convenient, clearer and faster. You will receive your return label digitally, can complete everything paperlessly and will be guided through the process step by step.

📦 Return shipping fees

The following applies to returns: Return shipping fee:

  • 🇩🇪 Returns within Germany: 5,90 € (until 15.11.2025)
  • 🇪🇺 Returns from EU countries: 16,00 €

If the offered payment methods are not suitable for you, you can also ship your order to us using a shipping provider of your choice without using the returns portal. For your own protection, please ensure that the shipment includes tracking.

Here's how the return process works:

  • Visit the Returns portal.
  • Register your return online and follow the instructions in the portal.
  • Create your return label directly there.
  • Please enclose the completed return form with your shipment so that we can clearly identify your return.
  • Please send the product in its original packaging and in unused condition to the following address:

Refund:

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. The refund will be processed as follows: after successful examination the goods, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of goods.

Complaints:

Did you receive a faulty or damaged product? Then please contact our customer service immediately at retour@4legs.de or by phone at +49 (0)155 60444700. We will take care of your request as soon as possible.

Exchange option:

Unfortunately, a direct exchange isn't possible, but no problem: Simply return the unwanted item to us and reorder the desired item in the correct color or size through our online shop. There you can immediately check if the item is available.

What to do in case of transport damage:

Please check your order for completeness and integrity immediately upon receipt. Ideally, have any damage confirmed by the delivery service and contact us immediately at kontakt@4legs.de or by phone (+49 155 60444700/+49 40 18008763) so that we can arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
