Returns and Complaints
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below for a return or complaint:
- Return deadline: You have 14 days to inform us of your decision to return the product. This period begins as soon as you receive the goods.
- Notice: Please contact our customer service at retour@4legs.de or call +491724014154 to register your return.
- Return: Send the product in its original packaging and in unused condition* to the following address:

- Important information: Please enclose the completed return form so that we can clearly identify the return. (The return form is included with every shipment.)
- Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs outside Germany) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place the order.
- Shipping costs: Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
- Complaints: If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will take care of your issue as quickly as possible.

*The item must be clean and completely free of your pet's dog hair!

Can I exchange items?
A direct exchange with a refund is not possible. Do you like an item but would like it in a different color or size? No problem: Simply send us the item you don't want as a return. You can order the new item as a new order via the online shop. In the online shop you can immediately see whether the item is still available in your desired color and size.
What happens if there is damage during transport?
If there is any damage during transport, you will of course receive a replacement immediately. Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt to ensure it is complete and intact and, if possible, have any damage noted by the transport service provider immediately upon receipt. Then please inform our team about the damage by contacting us or calling +49 172 4014154 so that we can process the refund or exchange of your order immediately.
