Our new 4LEGS Returns Portal is now online – and handles returns for you even more convenient, clearer and faster. You will receive your return label digitally, can complete everything paperlessly and will be guided through the process step by step.

If the offered payment methods are not suitable for you, you can also ship your order to us using a shipping provider of your choice without using the returns portal. For your own protection, please ensure that the shipment includes tracking.

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. The refund will be processed as follows: after successful examination the goods, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of goods.
Did you receive a faulty or damaged product? Then please contact our customer service immediately at retour@4legs.de or by phone at +49 (0)155 60444700. We will take care of your request as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, a direct exchange isn't possible, but no problem: Simply return the unwanted item to us and reorder the desired item in the correct color or size through our online shop. There you can immediately check if the item is available.
Please check your order for completeness and integrity immediately upon receipt. Ideally, have any damage confirmed by the delivery service and contact us immediately at kontakt@4legs.de or by phone (+49 155 60444700/+49 40 18008763) so that we can arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
