Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day,
– on which you or a person designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (in the case of individual deliveries),
– on the day on which you or a person designated by you received the last item (in the case of multiple items/partial deliveries).

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a different shipping method). within 14 days, after we have received your message.
We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction.
The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods.

Please send the goods within 30 days After exercising your right of withdrawal, return the goods to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of this period.
Returns can be conveniently processed via our returns portal. If the offered payment methods are not suitable for you, you can also ship your order to us using a shipping provider of your choice without using the returns portal. For your own protection, please ensure that the shipment includes tracking.

You only have to pay for losses in value if they are due to excessive use.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– custom-made or personalized products,
– opened treat bags or hygiene products (e.g., care products),
– Products that spoil quickly or whose expiration date is about to be exceeded,
– sealed audio or video recordings or software whose seal has been removed after delivery.
