We deliver free of charge from a shopping cart value of 100.00 euros in total!

With a shopping cart value of 100.00 euros or more, we will pay the shipping costs for your order. We ship our goods with Deutsche Post DHL. If the shopping cart value is less than 100.00 euros, a shipping fee of 4.99 euros will be charged.

The delivery time is normally 2-3 working days. Due to the intensive utilization of our parcel delivery service, the delivery times can be extended by a few days in case of doubt.

For large items such as dog beds, there is a surcharge of 1 euro on the shipping costs. Accordingly, the shipping costs would be 5.99 euros if the amount was less than 100.00 euros.

Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands (without overseas), Austria, Sweden: 15.00 euros

• We offer a 14-day right of return and exchange*, from the time of delivery.

• Please fill out the form provided (here for download) and add it to your Return and send it to our return address (please note that we do not cover the return costs):

• If the size is exchanged, you will automatically receive your new desired size free of shipping costs sent as soon as we have received the goods*

• We can only clearly assign the return if you state your name and order number.

• Please leave the original labels on the goods and use them for the return the original packaging.

• In the event of a cancellation, we will refund you the amount paid using the respective payment method after the incoming goods inspection.
