We would like to point out that the materials used, the zippers, and the inner cord are not designed for chewing by dogs. Damage caused by chewing or other improper use is not covered by our warranty (§ 434 BGB).
If there is a risk (especially with puppies) that the dog will start chewing, the dog should not be left unattended with the bag. In the event of damage caused by the dog, we cannot offer free repairs or refunds, as the responsibility for the proper use of the product lies with the buyer (Sections 276 and 280 of the German Civil Code).
