Please note that our dog bags are designed with a zipper and a net for secure closure. However, these bags are not chew toys. We would like to point out that the materials and zippers used are not designed for the chewing process of dogs. Damage caused by chewing or other improper use is not covered by our guarantee (§ 434 BGB).
If there is a risk (especially with puppies) that the dog starts chewing, the dog should not be left alone with the bag unattended. In the event of damage caused by the dog, we cannot offer free repairs or refunds, as the responsibility for the proper use of the product lies with the buyer (§ 276 BGB, § 280 BGB).

Wonderfully soft and excellent workmanship. I had to exchange it because I need the raised net, but it was easily done. And the bag definitely holds more weight than stated, as my little one exceeds the limit at 10 kg, but the bag can handle it. High praise!

Perfect bag for flying.
It was our first time on holiday by plane with our dog (a female Border Terrier, just under 7 kg).
Everything went smoothly at the check-in counter in Hamburg; we put the dog in a bag, put it on the scale, it read 8 kg, and they told us "Have a nice flight."
On vacation, Wilma had a perfect basket to sleep in.
The investment is definitely worth it.
The Air XL Long is lightweight, well-made, and very cozy and soft inside. My Pinscher can stand upright inside with the mesh closed, something Lufthansa has always criticized about other bags. The only suggestion for improvement would be a strap or a pocket inside for a water bottle.
I've been looking for a good flight bag for the cabin for a long time and finally found one. Highly recommended!
