Important information on using our dog carriers
Please note that our dog bags are designed with a zipper and a mesh closure for secure closure. However, these bags are not chew toys. We would like to point out that the materials and zippers used are not designed for dogs to chew on. Damage caused by chewing or other improper use is not covered by our warranty (§ 434 BGB).
If there's a risk (especially with puppies) that your dog might start chewing, you should never leave your dog unattended with the bag. In the event of damage caused by your dog, we cannot offer free repairs or refunds, as the responsibility for proper use of the product lies with the buyer (§ 276 BGB, § 280 BGB).

Versatile transport bag for dogs.
It already serves its purpose in the car. In October, it will be used for the flight. My dog feels comfortable in it.
The fast delivery and payment terms are also highly commendable.
I would recommend it to everyone.
I'm absolutely thrilled with this bag, and my dog felt right at home in it on the plane. The dimensions are cleverly utilized, and the top entry is so much better than the side entry you usually get. It's so much easier for both dog and owner. Yes, the bag cost significantly more than I had planned – but it's also leagues better ;) I'll be able to use it for a very long time, especially since it's so exceptionally well-made.
The only real improvement would be if the zipper were a two-way zipper, allowing the bag to be opened from the top/back (so that you could easily put your hand in during the flight).

I received the bag today and I'm thrilled.We flew with our miniature pinscher (33cm and 6kg) on Eurowings for 16 years. Unfortunately, they didn't have a special carry-on bag back then, and every time we had the problem that "the dog has to be able to stand up in the bag," even though a dachshund can't stand up under the seat...
Our dog can stand in this bag at the counter and then get comfortable afterwards. And yes, the bag can be stored under the front seat because it's completely flexible and returns to its original shape. I'm a little worried about the zipper. It's a bit stiff on one side, but not enough to make me want to return the bag. I hope it holds up. Otherwise, it's simply a great bag. And yes, I also want to commend the excellent advice I received over the phone. Thank you so much.
