Please note that our dog bags are designed with a zipper and a net for secure closure. However, these bags are not chew toys. We would like to point out that the materials and zippers used are not designed for the chewing process of dogs. Damage caused by chewing or other improper use is not covered by our guarantee (§ 434 BGB).
If there is a risk (especially with puppies) that the dog starts chewing, the dog should not be left alone with the bag unattended. In the event of damage caused by the dog, we cannot offer free repairs or refunds, as the responsibility for the proper use of the product lies with the buyer (§ 276 BGB, § 280 BGB).

In a panic that our toy poodle wouldn't fit in the bag we originally bought, I discovered 4legs after some research a week before departure. And I have to say THANK YOU.Thank you for this super comfortable carrier. Our dog sat in it for the first time on the day of the flight without any resistance. Throughout the entire flight, we felt he was comfortable. The raised mesh allowed him to stand up comfortably when he wanted to. Otherwise, he lay down with plenty of room and slept. There were never any problems at the check-in counter due to its size – which was one of my biggest concerns. It is expensive, but worth every penny.
